- Navigate to Attendees:
- Go to your Main Event Page.
- Click the "Attendees" button.
- Select the Order:
- Find the attendee’s order in the list and click on the Order Number to open the order details.
- Cancel and Refund:
- Click the "Cancel and Refund" button.
- For a Full Refund:
- Check the "Full Refund" checkbox and confirm the action to cancel the order and refund the full amount.
- For a Cancellation Without a Refund:
- Leave the "Full Refund" checkbox unchecked and confirm the cancellation.
- Partial Refunds:
- If a partial refund is needed, log in to your payment provider account (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Square) and perform the refund directly through their platform.
