- Navigate to the Attendee Management Page:
- Go to your Main Event Page.
- Click on the "Attendees" option.
- Search for the Attendee:
- Use the search bar to locate the attendee by name, email, or other identifying information.
- Access Ticket Confirmation Details:
- In the Ticket Confirmation column, click "More Info" next to the relevant attendee.
- Resend Email:
- Click the "Resend Email" button.
The ticket confirmation email will be resent to the attendee's email address, ensuring they have the information needed to access your event.
