How to Resend Emails to Attendees

Sometimes attendees may miss or fail to receive their ticket confirmation emails. Ticket Spot allows you to easily resend these emails to ensure your attendees have the necessary information for your event.

Step by Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the Attendee Management Page:
    • Go to your Main Event Page.
    • Click on the "Attendees" option.
  2. Search for the Attendee:
    • Use the search bar to locate the attendee by name, email, or other identifying information.
  3. Access Ticket Confirmation Details:
    • In the Ticket Confirmation column, click "More Info" next to the relevant attendee.
  4. Resend Email:
    • Click the "Resend Email" button.


The ticket confirmation email will be resent to the attendee's email address, ensuring they have the information needed to access your event.
