How to Check Your Current Plan on Ticket Spot

Knowing your current plan helps you stay informed about your event’s usage limits and upgrade options. Ticket Spot makes it easy to view your plan details and remaining quotas directly from the main event page.

Step by Step Guide

  1. Go to the Main Event Page:
    • Log in to your Ticket Spot account and navigate to the main event page.
  2. Locate Your Current Plan:
    • Your active plan will be highlighted on the main event page.
  3. View Quota Details:
    • Click on the highlighted plan to view your remaining quota for:
      • Emails: How many emails you can still send.
      • Attendee Purchases: The remaining number of attendees allowed under your plan.
  4. Upgrade Your Plan:
    • If you need more capacity, click the Upgrade option to explore available plans and select one that meets your needs.

This feature ensures that you can monitor your usage and adjust your plan proactively to suit your event requirements.
