How to Enable and Manage Public Event Requests

The User Event Request feature allows you to enable public event submissions for your platform. This provides a channel for external users to propose events, expanding engagement opportunities while giving you control over approvals.

Step by Step Guide

  1. Go to the Main Events Page.
  2. Click the Settings icon for the event.
  3. Select the User Event Request tab.

Configuration Options in the User Event Request Tab:

  1. Event Submission Toggle:
    • Toggle this setting to Enable or Disable public event submissions.
    • When enabled, external users can submit event proposals, which will be routed to you for approval.
  2. Approval Requirement:
    • All submitted events require your approval before they go live on the platform. This provides a way to ensure all events meet your standards and align with your brand values.
