Configuring the checkout options on TicketSpot ensures a smooth and efficient process for your attendees. Follow these steps to customize the checkout experience.

  1. Enable Per Ticket Attendee Data:
    • Enable this option to collect information from each attendee. A corresponding input field will be displayed for each ticket quantity selected.
  2. Configure Promo Code Display:
    • Decide whether to display the promo code field and choose its position on the checkout page.
  3. Show Number of Tickets Available:
    • Enable this option if you want to display the number of available tickets to attendees.
  4. Publish Changes:
    • Publish your changes to update the checkout process.
