How to Configure Your Event Pages

Customizing your event pages is essential for maintaining brand consistency and providing a unified experience for attendees. The settings in each tab allow you to personalize your site, enhance visibility, and streamline your event information.

Step by Step Guide

  1. Go to the Event Page.
  2. Click Edit for the event.
  3. Select the Settings icon to access various configuration tabs.

Configuration Options by Tab:

  1. About Tab:
    This tab lets you set foundational details for your site, with a focus on branding.
    • Branding Colors: Choose custom colors for background and text, which will appear on attendee ticket passes.
    • Site Logo and Organization Details: Upload your organization’s logo and specify its name. This branding will show on iOS and Android Wallet passes during check-ins.
    • Site and Description Inputs: Configure the site name and URL. Add an "About" description to introduce your brand and mission to event visitors.
  2. SEO and Custom Domain Tab:
    Manage search engine optimization and custom domain settings to improve visibility and strengthen brand identity.
    • SEO Optimization: Adjust meta tags, keywords, and other search settings to enhance search engine visibility.
    • Custom Domain: Specify and verify a custom domain for your site. If the domain isn't verified, a warning will appear to alert you.
  3. Event Page Design Tab (Conditional):
    Personalize the event page to match your brand's look and feel.
    • Text Customizations: Set custom text for action buttons, such as "Buy Tickets" and "Tickets Sold Out."
    • Date and Time Formats: Select preferred formats for displaying dates and times on the event page.
    • Color Options: Choose colors for buttons, text, and page background to ensure a cohesive brand appearance.
  4. Landing Page Design Tab (Conditional):
    Design a unique landing page to represent your event and brand identity.
    • Header and Subheader Texts: Add primary messages and taglines for your landing page.
    • Header Image and Color Settings: Upload a main image and select colors for header text and background tags to create a consistent visual style.
  5. User Event Request Tab:
    Control interactions by allowing users to request events, providing an option for public event proposals.
    • Event Submission Toggle: Enable or disable public event submissions. When enabled, users can submit event proposals, which will require your approval.
  6. Ticket Design Tab:
    Customize ticket appearance to ensure it aligns with your branding.
    • Text Options: Personalize text headers, such as "Ticket Type" and "Attendee Name."
    • Color Themes: Adjust text and background colors on ticket pages for brand consistency.
    • Visibility Controls: Use toggles to show or hide elements like box shadows or date displays on tickets, allowing flexibility in design.
